Yes — this is one of our most common calls. Most municipalities we serve make owners responsible for removal — Vancouver's Graffiti By-law 7343 gives a 10-day window after notice, and in Winnipeg graffiti falls under the Neighbourhood Liveability By-law, where non-compliance can escalate to a compliance order. Send us a photo of the notice and the tagging and we'll get it handled and documented before your deadline.

No. We match the method to the material — gentle chemical treatment, controlled hot-water pressure, or soda/media blasting — so graffiti comes off cleanly, with methods chosen to prevent ghosting, etching or damage.

Yes. Heritage masonry, natural stone, murals and specialty finishes get low-impact treatment: gentle poultices, low pressure, and a spot test first. The tag comes off; the surface keeps its character.

Yes — fleet work is a specialty. We use paint-safe solvents matched to automotive finishes so spray paint comes off without dulling factory paint, decals or vinyl wraps. We come to your yard.

Scratched and acid-etched tags can't be washed off glass. We restore what's possible and protect the pane with sacrificial anti-graffiti film — when it's hit again, we peel and replace the film instead of repaning.

We can make it dramatically cheaper and rarer. Anti-graffiti coatings and window film stop tags from bonding, and fast consistent removal deters repeat tagging — walls that stay clean get hit less.
