Services

Graffiti Medic, a division of Flat Mate Property Services, provides graffiti removal, prevention and maintenance services across the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and Winnipeg, Manitoba. All work is performed by trained, insured personnel using methods selected for the specific surface.

Quotes & payment

Quotes are firm for the scope described and photos provided; material differences found on site may require a revised quote before work proceeds
Payment is due upon completion unless other terms are agreed in writing (e.g. program contracts)

Guarantee

We stand behind our work: if a completed removal doesn't meet the agreed scope, we'll return and make it right.

Liability

We carry $5M commercial general liability insurance and WorkSafe BC coverage; certificates are available on request. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Property access & authorization

By booking service you confirm you own the property or are authorized to approve work on it. For community reports of third-party property, we obtain owner authorization before performing paid work.
