In Vancouver, once the City serves a graffiti notice, the property owner has 10 days to remove it. If the City serves a notice on your property while you're on a patrol plan, we remove that graffiti free of charge, before the deadline. Just forward us the notice within 2 business days.
What's covered
Masonry, concrete, painted surfaces, wood and fences, glass, metal and signage, up to 12 feet from the ground. Painted surfaces are colour-matched and painted over. Other surfaces get surface-safe removal.
Quoted separately: work above 12 feet, multi-building complexes, construction hoarding, anti-graffiti coatings and elastomeric paint.

Why choose a patrol plan over one-time removal?
Graffiti gets found and removed before it turns into a City notice, a fine or a tenant complaint. Quick marks under 15 minutes are covered by the plan, and larger removals are billed in 30-minute increments at member rates.
Is there a contract?
Patrol plans start with a 12-month term, then continue month to month.
Do you serve my area?
Vancouver, with service across Metro Vancouver. Contact us for a quote outside Vancouver.
Are you insured?
Yes. $5 million general liability, WorkSafeBC covered.
What affects the price of a one-time removal?
Surface, size and access. One-time jobs get a fixed quote from a photo. No call-out fee, no hourly meter — the price we quote is the price you pay. Repeat or layered tagging and delicate surfaces (heritage brick, murals, specialty finishes) can take more care, which the quote reflects up front.
Do I need a site visit to get a quote?
Usually not. Text or send a photo of the graffiti and we'll return a firm quote, usually the same business day. Quotes are always free.
Does insurance cover graffiti removal?
Many commercial and strata policies cover vandalism remediation. Every job comes with before/after photo documentation and a detailed invoice, which makes claims straightforward.
What's in the patrol photo report?
After every scheduled visit you get a photo-logged report of what was found and removed — clean records for strata boards, insurers, BIAs and councils, with no chasing or admin on your side.

Yes — multi-building complexes and portfolios are quoted as custom fixed-fee plans, so budgeting stays simple across every site. Tell us what you manage and we'll price it as one program.
